This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information from students, parents, guardians, and all users of our services. OrphosysKids is an educational platform designed for children, and we are committed to protecting children's privacy and complying with applicable laws including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA).
Account Information
When a parent or guardian registers their child, we collect: student name, age, gender, guardian name, phone number, and address. This information is provided by the parent/guardian and is necessary to create and manage the student's learning profile.
Learning & Progress Data
We automatically collect learning progress including scores, XP, quiz responses, level completions, streaks, and course enrollments. This data is used solely to personalize the educational experience and track academic progress.
Camera & Microphone
The App requests camera and microphone access exclusively for live online classes where teachers conduct interactive lessons via video call. Camera and microphone data is streamed in real-time during the class session and is not recorded or stored by the App.
Bluetooth
The App requests Bluetooth access to connect to educational robotics hardware kits provided as part of the Orphosys learning curriculum. Bluetooth is used solely for device communication with the robotics kit. No location data is derived from Bluetooth signals.
Device Information
We may collect basic device information such as device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and improving app performance. No device identifiers are shared with third parties.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Parent/guardian registration is required to create a student account.
